Easter Pancake Breakfast 2011
2,500 guests attended the annual Pancake Breakfast on Good Friday. One thousand children scrambled to find the 10,000 eggs that were hidden in the fields during the many eggs hunts at the Parkinson Rec Center. 5,000+ pancakes were eaten! Back to School Bash 2011 Fresh Popcorn, Wacky Olympics, Children’s Activities and Live Entertainment were highlights of 2011’s Annual Back to School Bash sponsored by Victory Life Fellowship on Saturday, August 27th at the Parkinson Recreation Centre. The FREE community event was attended by 675 people. 500 Backpacks were handed out. 180 haircuts, hundreds of articles of clothing and 1200 hotdogs! “Reaching People - Touching Lives - Making a Difference’ is what motivates Victory Life” says, Pastor Diana Tripke. “Everything was FREE at the event! Christmas Dinner 2011
Together We Made A Difference! Thank You! Victory Life Fellowship hosted the 8th annual Christmas Day Dinner at the Parkinson Recreation Center. Each of the 300 plus guests were served a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings. 250 food gift bags were distributed to those in need and every child received a gift. A family-like atmosphere permeated the air. The evening was filled with live music, laughter, sparkle and cheer! Guests radiated joy and thankfulness. Big smiles illuminated the room! “Our desire is for no one to spend Christmas Day alone” says, Pastor Diana Tripke. “Christmas is a day to spend with family and friends. It’s a day when we celebrate each other and most of all we celebrate the Birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
