Pastors Dieter & Diana Tripke are graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Centre in Tulsa Oklahoma. They came to Kelowna in 1988 and sought God on His plans & purposes. In the summer of 1989 home prayer meetings began and by September of that year Victory Life Fellowship started Sunday morning services.

The church began to grow and in 1993, Victory Life found a new home on Bertram St. near where the offices are located today. Currently Sunday evening services are being held at the CRC building, while we press on with plans for a new building.

It is the vision of Pastors Dieter & Diana to preach and demonstrate the uncompromised Word of God, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to Kelowna and the world.
